BiggyBee operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). BiggyBee is the brand name of Still Moving Studio, a sole proprietorship registered in the name of Shivkumar Dhale. Still Moving Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

• With Shopify, vendors and other third parties who perform services on our behalf (e.g. IT management, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment and shipping).
• With Razorpay Payment Solutions Private Limited, our payment gateway provider, to process your payments securely. When you make a purchase, your payment information (credit card, debit card, UPI, netbanking, wallet details) is transmitted directly to Razorpay for processing. Razorpay is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and processes this information in accordance with their Privacy Policy available at https://razorpay.com/privacy/. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers. In compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, all payment transaction data related to Indian customers is stored within India.
• With business and marketing partners to provide marketing services and advertise to you. For example, we use Shopify to support personalized advertising with third-party services based on your online activity with different merchants and websites. Our business and marketing partners will use your information in accordance with their own privacy notices. Depending on where you reside, you may have a right to direct us not to share information about you to show you targeted advertisements and marketing based on your online activity with different merchants and websites.
• When you direct, request us or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties, such as to ship you products or through your use of social media widgets or login integrations.
• With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group.
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy, to comply with any applicable legal obligations (including to respond to subpoenas, search warrants and similar requests), to enforce any applicable terms of service or policies, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you. In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our Store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. To provide these enhanced features, Shopify may make use of personal information collected about your interactions with our store, along with other merchants, and with Shopify. Children's Data

As of the date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 18 years of age.
Security and Retention of Your Information
Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security". In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.
Payment Card Data Security
Payment card information is handled in strict compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. Our payment gateway, Razorpay, is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, ensuring the highest level of security for your payment card data. We do not store your complete credit or debit card numbers, CVV, or PIN on our servers. Card data is tokenized by Razorpay at the point of collection, and only encrypted tokens are stored for recurring transactions where you have provided explicit consent. In compliance with Reserve Bank of India regulations, we do not store actual card data beyond the transaction authorization period.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that poses risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:
• Notify the affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India within the timelines prescribed under applicable laws and regulations after becoming aware of the breach.
• Notify you directly without undue delay if the breach poses high risk to you
• Provide details of the nature of the breach, likely consequences, and measures taken or proposed
• Maintain records of all data breaches and remedial actions taken

Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law:
• Account Information: Retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years after account closure, or as required for tax and legal compliance
• Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years in compliance with GST Act and Income Tax Act requirements
• Marketing Communications Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, plus 1 year for record-keeping
• Support and Communications: Retained for 3 years to maintain service quality and handle disputes
• Payment Data: Tokenized card data retained only with explicit consent for future transactions; actual card data is NOT retained per RBI guidelines
• Consent Records: Records of consent given, denied, or withdrawn are maintained for at least 7 years as required under DPDP Rules 2025
Upon expiry of the retention period or withdrawal of consent, we will erase your personal data unless retention is required by law for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes. You may request earlier deletion by contacting our Grievance Officer, subject to our legal obligations.
Your Rights and Choices
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws, you have the following rights:

• Payment transaction data related to Indian customers remains stored in India in compliance with RBI data localization requirements (as disclosed in the payment processor section above) If we transfer your personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
