Is sizing the same across all product types? 

Not exactly. Tees, shorts, and caps each have their own size chart because they fit differently. Check the size chart for the specific product you're buying. When in doubt, go by measurements, not age.

Do the clothes run true to size? 

Yes, they run true to size. Use the size chart on each product page to find the right fit. If your child is between sizes, size up.

How long does delivery take? 

Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 days. We try to get it to you sooner, but we won't promise what we can't guarantee. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Do you ship across India? 

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. If your pincode isn't covered, we'll let you know at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy? 

We offer one exchange per order, no drama. Size didn't work? Raise a request within 7 days of delivery. We arrange free reverse pickup from your doorstep. Exchange is for the same product in a different size, subject to availability. We don't offer cash refunds for size or fit. Full details are on our policy page.

What happens if I receive a damaged or wrong product? 

Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll take it from there, no questions asked. If we can't replace it, you get a full refund.

Will the fabric shrink after washing? 

All our fabrics are pre-shrunk before they reach you. Washing cold and drying in shade keeps them in shape the longest.

How do I track my order? 

A tracking link is shared with you as soon as your order is dispatched. Use that to follow your package in real time.

Do you have a physical store? 

Not yet. BiggyBee is online only for now. Everything ships directly to your door.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. WhatsApp us at +91 7400488066 or email hello@biggybee.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation isn't possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a note with the order? 

We don't offer gift wrapping, but you can add a gift note at checkout. We write it by hand and add a little original art with it.
